重點是--cascade=orphan，移除statefulset但保留底下的pod，實際上服務可以維持運作
@leemiyinghao: 1. 推新PVC size上argo，sync一定會失敗但沒有關係 2. 移除statefulset後sync，因為statefulset實際上不存在所以改PVC沒有問題 ``` kubectl delete statefulset ... --cascade=orphan ``` 3. 確認PV大小，關pod重開（此時開始停機） 4. pod重開完成（大概15~30秒）
